We are offering a SuperTri-style training session on Sunday 8th and 15th March
Warm up from 4.30pm, 5pm session starts at Freyberg Pool/Skoglund Park.
Join us for a 1 hour SuperTri training session at Freyberg Pool/Skoglund Park. These training sessions are short and fast, comprising of a 75m swim (3 lengths), 2km bike on the grass (2 laps) and 500m run (2 laps). You then have a short breather before going again... and again; 3 mini triathlons which are great for transition training and lots of fun!
These events are typically aimed at Intermediate-aged kids and over, but we do have some strong 8 and 9 year olds who join us too.
This is a free training session but with 3 mini triathlons to fit in to the hour it’s fast!
